Etnies clothing mogul and former pro-skater, Pierre-André Senizergues, has made every teenage boy's dream a reality with his 'PAS' house, a paradise that's totally designed for skateboarding.
The 48-year-old is currently having the 2,200 square foot home built in Malibu, but those desperate for a go should nip over to Paris where a smaller prototype is currently on display at La Gaîté Lyrique until August 7.

Sweeeeet: Etnies clothing mogul and former pro-skater, Pierre-André Senizergues, has built every teenage boy's dream home - a house designed for skate boarding
Practical...sort of: Everything in the house will skateable including the furniture
Senizergues's Malibu home is set to be built in the shape of a full skate ramp. There will be no corners, just curves.
Furniture and even kitchen appliances will all be 'skateable' and of course, everything will be environmentally friendly.
Etnies and Senizergues appear to have grand hopes the house will take off.
'The PAS House is a glimpse into the future that shows what the NEXT 25 years may look like when combining the powerful influence of skateboarding on a dwelling place,' the blurb on the website reads.
On display: A scale model is currently available to play on in Paris, while Senizergues is having the full size, 2,200 square foot version built in Malibu
Living dangerously: Of course Senizergues may not be so happy when his mates start skateboarding in the kitchen at 4am
However, while some borders are already foaming at the mouth with excitement over what could be their future home, others have both feet firmly rooted in the reality of living in such a playground.
Commenting on the story, one going by the username m4ximusprim3 said: 'This is one of those things that sounds cool in concept but is totally not cool when it's 9 in the morning, you have a hangover, and one of the guys who stayed the night is practising kickflips on the wall between your living room and your bedroom.
'I predict this house will be cool for exactly one year, and then he'll either get a wife and sell it or get tired of it and buy another house to actually live in and keep this one for entertaining.'
M4ximusprim3 is obviously not hankering after an invite to the skate-warming party then.
