BRIDE-TO-BE Anna Ryan has a good vibe about today - and it's not just because she's getting married.
The 25-year-old kindergarten teacher has waited two years to marry her sweetheart Chris Skaroupka on the perfect date: 10/10/10.
"I looked up our wedding horoscope ages ago for today's date, and it was a really positive horoscope," Ms Ryan, from Castle Cove, said.
She isn't the only one who thinks it's special. The NSW Registry of Births Deaths and Marriages is expecting more than 1000 marriages to be held across the State today.
At registry offices alone, a record 106 couples will tie the knot - the busiest day for nuptials since 1856.

"There has been a build-up to this date since 2001, and couples have said to us that it's auspicious, significant and easy to remember," registry spokeswoman Alana Sheil said.
